Tropical "Green" Protein Smoothie

I've been trying to be more mindful of my eating again, which is very hard, with all the Christmas baking and hearty cooking that is so prevalent this time of year.
So this morning, I decided a green smoothie was the way to go. I looked through my freezer and found frozen banana and frozen mango, so I decided to go the tropical route.
Despite the spinach I added, the smoothie didn't look green at all, but I promise its there :p

The Recipe

* 2 Cups 1% Milk

*.5 Cups frozen mango

*.5 frozen banana

*1 Cup spinach

*.5 scoop Spirutein protein powder
(any vanilla protein powder will do)

This protein shake has natural sweetness, but is very mild. If you like things extra sweet, add a tablespoon of honey.

This smoothie has 430 calories for a 24 oz. glass (which is super filling).
