I've been trying to drink more tea la...Kathryn,<br />I've been trying to drink more tea lately too. If I am craving coffee in the afternoon, I try to opt for tea instead. That way, I'm getting less caffeine and more nutrients :)<br />And thank you! I definitely feel that sometimes we just need our bed.
