Taylor and I spent the weekend in the mountains with family and friends, and went to a wedding.
It was such a great trip- much, much needed, but weekends always seem too short. I love my job, and adore the little girl I watch, but it's human nature to crave more "me time" no matter how much we love our careers.
But I am learning that it doesn't help me at all to think, "Why does it have to be Monday!". Because as much as I enjoy my "me time", "hubby time", and "rest time", I also have goals, ambitions, and dreams that I am pursuing. And if I don't run to win, I will most certainly lose.
